The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified landscape architecture firms to establish a short-list for on-call services. If suitable, the city would like to select up to seven (7) firms to provide such services for all its departments. Selected firms will provide professional landscape architectural design, planning, and consulting services for a variety of public projects. These may include parks, streetscapes, trails, plazas, green spaces, and other civic spaces. Services will include conceptual and detailed design, site planning, construction documentation, landscape restoration, and sustainable design practices. Firms should demonstrate expertise in urban design, ecological restoration, and community engagement, as well as familiarity with local regulations and environmental standards. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option.
