The deadline to ask questions is 5/20/2025 5:00 PM CST All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be completed via online The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms to be considered for a short-list for upcoming architectural design services. If suitable, the city would like to select up to seven (7) firms to provide such services for all its departments. The selected firms will be eligible to provide professional design and consulting services for city-led capital improvement projects, which may include new construction, renovations, facility assessments, space planning, and other related architectural services. Firms should demonstrate experience with public sector projects, strong design capabilities, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
