The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to establish a short-list for on-call drainage and stormwater services. If suitable, the city would like to select up to three (3) firms to provide such services for all its departments. Selected firms will provide professional services including drainage studies, stormwater system design, flood mitigation, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, permitting assistance, and related infrastructure improvements. Firms should demonstrate experience with municipal drainage projects, regulatory compliance, and sustainable stormwater management practices. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be completed via online .
