SEALED BIDS for the repair of a hole in the casing of Well #10. The scope of work includes reviewing inspection video installation of a new 6" stainless steel screen, reinstallation of the pump and level indicators, super-chlorination and dichlorination of the system, and collection of passing bacteriological samples before returning the well to service. Installation of new 6" screen. Reset pump back in back in place including level indicators (airline or transducer) in well and test well after installation to ensure proper operation of well pumping -Super-chlorination using Sodium Hypochlorite or Granular Chlorine then circulation through pump system increasing chlorine residual as needed. Discharge of all super-chlorinated water will need to be Dechlorinated prior to discharge. -Contractor will be responsible for collecting the required Bacteriological samples and after providing passing results city staff will place the well back in service.
