The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to establish a short-list for on-call environmental services. If suitable, the city would like to select up to seven (7) firms to provide such services for all its departments. Selected firms will assist the City in meeting environmental compliance requirements, supporting planning and construction of public projects, and advancing sustainability initiatives. Services may include environmental site assessments (Phase I & II), permitting, regulatory compliance, NEPA/CEQA documentation, hazardous materials surveys, mitigation planning, and related technical studies. Firms should demonstrate expertise in municipal infrastructure projects and familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be completed via online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
