The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from surveying firms to establish a short-list for on-call professional surveying services. If suitable, the city would like to select up to seven (7) firms to provide such services for all its departments. Selected firms will support a variety of public works and capital improvement projects through boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, right-of-way mapping, easement preparation, and other related services. Firms should demonstrate familiarity with municipal infrastructure projects and applicable local, state, and federal standards. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work.
