The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, is currently inviting solicitation responses to select, if suitable, up to seven (7) firms to provide consulting engineering services for all its departments. The selected firms will provide Professional utility coordination and engineering services include but are not limited to: the identification of utilities, locating utilities, evaluation of potential utility conflicts, coordinating the relocation of utilities and the design of utilities to be relocated. It is anticipated that the Utility Coordinator may have a combination of assignments with assignments either dedicated to clearing utilities on a specific program, a specific project, or on-call coordination to address a specific conflict or types of conflicts, as outlined in Exhibit D. The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award. Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work.
