A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Corridor Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide professional services for developing the second phase of a regional trail and bikeway plan. The portions of the regional trail and bikeway system included in this planning document are within the communities of Ely, Fairfax, Hiawatha, Marion, Palo, and Robins. The selected Consultant will facilitate the development of the second phase of a regional trail and bikeway plan, complete with updated GIS data, facility design guidance, and prioritization of trail and bikeway segments for each community. Question Cut Off Date 5/9/2025 03:00:00 PM (CT) Proposals will be evaluated promptly after opening. After an award is made, a proposal summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a proposal. Proposal results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Proposals may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals; no proposal may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
