2023 Modular Classrooms Relocation from: Ecole Leila North Community School in Winnipeg, MB to West St. Paul School in West St. Paul, MB Partial Work of this project is comprised of the decommissioning and relocation two (2) existing modular classrooms from Ecole Leila North Community School at 20 Allan Blye Drive Winnipeg Manitoba to the following school site. Remainder of the Work of this project is comprised of the installation of relocated modular classrooms from the above site on the following school site: .1 Two (2) modular classroom units to West St. Paul School, 3740 Main Street, West St. Paul, Manitoba for the Seven Oaks School Division. The Owner specifically requests that substantial performance of the Work be attained no later than September 22nd, 2025, (or earlier if possible) with final completion attained no later than September 30th, 2025. Every bid shall be accompanied with a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Bid Price The accepted Bidder(s) shall promptly provide and pay for a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the Performance The accepted Bidder(s) shall promptly provide and pay for a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the Labour and Materials of the Contract The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a bid, including any or all of the bids submitted under this bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any bid submitted.
