Reference Number 0000291564 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/09 04:00:00 PM CDT This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch (“ECC”) to prospective contractors to submit proposals for tree and shrub planting work in Birds Hill Provincial Park as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). The work is being done in Birds Hill Provincial Park Campground - Sage, Robin and Junco Bays in Manitoba near Oakbank. The work site location will be partially occupied during construction with camping season opening in May long weekend and some camping in Sage and Junco Bays. Anticipated Execution of Agreement June 2025 Desired Date of Completion July 4, 2025 A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
