Answers to questions will be made available in writing, email or by fax as appropriate to all proposers or posted as an addendum on the Town web site. All requests and responses will be recorded in a summary log posted on the Town's website. Any proposals received after said date and time, whether hand delivered, delivered by the United States Postal Service, or any other delivery service or method, shall be declared invalid. The Town of Wilton reserves the right to award in part, or to reject any and all proposals or in part, to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions, if in its judgment, the best interests of the Town will be served.
