This will be followed by the installation of approximately 191 tons of hot mix asphalt, as indicated in the project drawings and specified herein. The project also includes the installation of signage and striping. Work shall commence following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed; however, it must occur between June and mid-August 2025 to align with the bridge work and subsequent street closure on 7th Street. The project shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days, and finally complete within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
