**As of July 01, 2025, the project was awarded to POW Contracting, with an awarded amount of $4,384,686.25.** The project provides for the construction of a new wellhouse for municipal drinking water, an air stripping tower and blower for water treatment, and demolition of the existing wellhouse. The new wellhouse is a CMU building with a generator, HVAC, onsite sodium hypochlorite generation equipment, well pump, booster pump, piping, site improvements including grading, paving, and block wall, PRV stations, appurtenances and other work in accordance with these Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, Technical Specifications and the Standard Specifications.
