Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Contract provides for the construction of a new roadway to include 8-inch and 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 16-inch DI water main, curb, gutter, hot mix asphalt, crushed surfacing, stormwater facilities, seeding, fertilizing, mulching, soil residual herbicide and related work in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings and contract documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in surety bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of West Richland.
