City of West Richland Request for Qualifications Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan the City of West Richland (City) is Seeking Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications (Hereafter Soq) From Qualified Professional Engineering Firms Interested in Providing Engineering Services to Prepare a Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan. The Following Expertise and Experience Will Be Required: Previous Experience in the Preparation of Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plans, in Accordance With Washington State Department of Ecology, City, County and State Requirements. The Project Includes the Preparation of a Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan, Identification of Permits, Identification of Funding Sources for Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Preparation of a Capital Improvement Plan (Cip) for Proposed Improvements to Include Schedules and Costs. No Additional Land Acquisitions or Easements Are Anticipated. Statements of Qualifications Shall Be Limited to Fifteen (15) Single Sided Pages and Shall Include the Following Information: Letter of Interest; Company Experience; Key Member Experience and Qualifications; References; Project Understanding and Approach Including Schedule; and Resumes (Not Included as Part of the 15-page Limit).
