As of March 30, 2026, a developer has been selected and the project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not been established, but they are currently still early in the design process. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") in collaboration with the City of Boston Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture ("MOAC") is seeking a qualified real estate developer ("Developer"/"Co-Developer") to partner with BHA in a joint venture or otherwise serve as co-developer with BHA in the mixed-use redevelopment of the parcel located at 290 North Beacon Street in the Brighton Neighborhood of Boston (the "Site") into affordable housing, music rehearsal space and other arts-and-culture space. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Inquiries or requests for modification to any provision of this RFP must be submitted (the "Inquiry Deadline") via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
