Led Streetlights Will Be Acquired Using Available Nipsco Rebate Programs, and the New Light Fixtures Will Be Installed on Designated City-owned Lights Including Field Testing the Installations, and Reporting the Switch to Nipsco for Appropriate Verification. All Submission Shall Be Pursuant and Conform to the Plans and Specifications Contained in the Bid Documents. Procure Led Streetlights Select and Acquire Lumen-equivalent Led Fixtures That Qualify for Nipsco Rebate Programs. Ensure All Fixtures Meet or Exceed Applicable Ies Rp-8 Standards for Roadway Lighting. Remove and Replace Fixtures Remove Existing High-pressure Sodium Streetlights. Install New Led Fixtures in Accordance With Manufacturer Guidelines. Ensure All Fixtures Are Securely Mounted and Properly Wired. Field Testing and Reporting Conduct on-site Verification and Functional Testing of Installed Led Lights. Submit Final Installation Verification Reports to Nipsco for Validation. Compliance and Training Requirements Adhere to All Davis-bacon Act Prevailing Wage Provisions. Submit Required Wage Compliance Documentation as Mandated by Federal Funding Regulations. Complete Ioedadministered Training on Davis-bacon Act Reporting Before Work Begins. The Project Shall Be Completed on or Before September 1, 2025 Date. All Official Notifications, Addenda, and Other Bidding Documents Will Be Offered Only Through Request to the Clerk Treasurer. Bid Security of All Excepting the Three Lowest, Responsive, Responsible Bidders Will Be Returned Within Thirty (30) Days After the Opening of Bids. Any Bidder Whose Bid Security Has Been Retained May, After Thirty (30) Days From the Opening of Bids, Request Return of His Bid Security Provided He Has Not Been Notified of Acceptance of His Bid. The Bid Security of the Successful Bidder Will Not Be Returned Until Bidder Delivers the Required Signed Contract and Performance Bond. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified or Cashier S Check on a Solvent Bank or Trust Company, Drawn to the Order of the City of Hobart, or an Acceptable Bid Bond, in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid for the Project.
