The City of Hobart, Indiana is accepting Qualifications and Proposals from qualified parties to submit proposals and Statements of Qualification for a public-private partnership to construct Brickie Bowl improvements. Brickie Bowl is approximately 5.5 acres in size and is located at 750 E. 4 th St. in the City of Hobart. The Board is seeking proposals from individuals/companies with demonstrated experience in electrical and sports field property improvements as well as Build-Operate Transfer ( BOT ) agreements, to provide for the planning, development and construction of the project. The City of Hobart reserves the right to modify or cancel this project at any time before a BOT Team enters into a formal agreement with the City.
