Specific project work includes grading operations, base aggregate dense, retaining wall installation, ADA curb ramps at the roadway intersection, permanent signing, pavement marking, and slope restoration. Substantial Completion Date: June 30th, 2027 Project Number: WP078201 WisDOT #2967-22-71 Project Funded: Federally Funded with Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is zero (0%). A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Architect/Engineer shall receive requests for clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents in writing at least seven days before Bid Due Date time. Award is subject to final approval.
