**As of June 25, 2025, the project was awarded to C2R Engineering, Inc., with an awarded amount of $3,058,576.40.** Work will be done and payments will be made in accordance with provisions more particularly described in the plans and specifications. The scope of work generally includes the trenching and installation, pipe reaming, or cured-in-place installation of 6-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe, localized pipe repairs, reconnections/replacement of sewer laterals, installation/replacement/rehabilitation/removal of sanitary sewer manholes, and the surface restoration of existing improvements. No Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for this project. Bids are required for the entire work described herein in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The City Council reserves the privilege of rejecting any and all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for opening of proposals. As a "Public Works" project and pursuant to Section 1773 of the Labor Code, the general prevailing wage rates for San Mateo County shall apply to this contract, as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations.
