The project is expected to be awarded on July 21st, 2025.** Cost Estimate: $775,000 The Work Under This Contract Includes: Schedule a: Street Grind and Overlays as Shown in Attachment B and C Schedule B: Multiple Asphalt Patches as Shown in Attachment a That Need to Be Repaired. Raising Water Valve and Manhole Lids in the Patch and Overlay Areas is Also Included. The Location of Work is at Various Places Throughout the District in Snohomish County, Washington. Bids Shall Be Submitted in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Bids Shall Constitute Offers to the District, Which Shall Be Binding for 180 Days From the Date of Bid Opening. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid, Any Portion of Any Bid and/or to Reject All Bids. The District Further Reserves the Right, but Without Obligation, to Waive Informaliies and Irregularities. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty (Certified or Cashier's Check, Surety Bond, or Postal Money Order) Payable to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
