The City of Pomona (the City) is soliciting bids from firms for Runoff Capture and Water Quality Improvements at Various Locations - Project No. 428-81059 The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents, for the following project: for Runoff Capture and Water Quality Improvements at Various Locations, Project No. 428-81059. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $500,000.00. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work to be done under this subsequent contract shall be completed within 70 consecutive working days for all the base bid work and 20 consecutive working days for all the additive alternate work (if awarded), and if only a portion of the additive alternate work is awarded the allowed additive alternate working days will be prorated based on the dollar amount) beginning on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer. All base bid work to begin on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer. All base bid work shall be completed concurrently with additive alternate work.
