Renovation of a library in Batavia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Board of Library Trustees of the Batavia Public Library District ("Owner") is soliciting sealed bids for a General Contract for Roof Replacement. Bids shall be on a Stipulated Sum basis. This project includes there placement of the existing steep-slope and low-slope roofs at the Batavia Public Library. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked as SEALED BID and addressed to: Batavia Public Library 10 South Batavia Avenue Batavia, Illinois 60510-2449 Attention: Ms. Josephine Tucci Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Commencing as soon as practical there after on the same date There will be a General Contract for Roof Replacement at the referenced project. Bids shall be on a Stipulated Sum basis. This project includes replacement of the existing steep-slope and low-slope roofs, as well as existing sheet metal, gutter and downspouts, and related accessories.
