Morehead State University is accepting proposals from Licensed Professional Architects & Engineers in the following disciplines to establish Personal Service Contracts for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year. The offerers will be expected to provide architectural and engineering services for inspection, design and supervision of miscellaneous renovation and improvement projects as required by Facilities Management. Chosen firms and awarded contracts will be based on qualifications. The services may consist of any of the following: Architectural Services/Interior Design Civil Engineering Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing Structural/Subsurface Landscape Environmental/Geo-Technical Services Commissioning/Special Inspection Services Energy Management Land Surveyor The contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the University's satisfaction with the services performed. It is the intent of the University to award multiple contracts, other contracts may be awarded during the course of the fiscal year should the need arise. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals (or parts of proposals), to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in proposals and (unless otherwise specified) to accept any item in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University. Purchases under the contract(s) will be "as needed" and the University does not guarantee a certain amount of purchases throughout the contract term.
