The City of Morehead invites bids from qualified sporting merchandise suppling contractors for the following: materials (either gymnasium wood flooring OR polysport flooring); the services of the installation of gymnasium wood flooring OR installation of polysports flooring with volleyball sleeves, including three color paint striping; demolition; and installation services of wall protective padding, protective floor covering and Spalding retractable basketball goal system for an indoor athletic facility. Bids are to be submitted by materials and a per square foot basis to include all materials, supplies, tools, equipment and labor necessary as set forth in the bid specifications. No bidder may withdraw a bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder must have a city occupational license and must be able to furnish copies of certificates of insurance evidencing general liability, auto liability and workers compensation.
