Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morehead, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes a renovation and expansion of the existing parking lot to serve the Pharmacy Annex Building. Scope will include some site clearing and demolition, construction of a new segmental retaining wall, storm structures and pipe installation, site grading, asphalt milling and resurfacing, new asphalt pavement, cast in place concrete for curbs and sidewalks and site restoration. Document Note: Hard copy plan sets and spec books are also available for a purchase of $210.00. UPS Ground fee is $45.00. Payments for Plans, Specifications and Official Bid Documents must be made before a set of documents will be issued.
