Furnish and deliver two submersible pumps as detailed in the attached specifications to the campus of Morehead State University, Morehead, KY. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or cashier's check must be included with bid to receive consideration if bid price exceeds forty thousand dollars ($40,000). A one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder, if the bid is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The Performance Bond must be issued and submitted to the Office of Procurement Services within ten (10) days after notice of award.
