Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
CPPD requires the services of a Mechanical Contractor for Weston Park mechanical upgrades (Phase 2) - Buildings H, J, K, L, M, P, R, S, T and V at 330/331 Blake Street, Winnipeg, MB The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: (a) Removal of an indirect water-heater tied to the heating system and replacement with a gas fired water heater; (b) Adding a domestic hot water recirculation pump and line; (c) Replacement of control valves and thermostats for the suites; (d) General Piping revisions to suit equipment installation; and (e) Replace Tekmar Boiler controllers. The work is being done in 10 two storey residential buildings. The work site locations (suites in each building) will be fully occupied during construction. Anticipated Execution of Agreement June 2025 A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule A (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Appendix 4 of Schedule B (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
