Construction of a three (3) span precast prestressed concrete channel girder bridge over Garland Creek (0.1km West of PTH 10) and associated roadworks on Provincial Road 367, in the Municipality of Ethelbert, located North East of Section 15-31-22W, Bridge Site 2772-10. Completion Work shall be defined as any remaining Work, including and not limited to final grading, asphalt placement, removal of traffic control, site restoration, and demobilization to allow opening to traffic shall be completed by no later than OCTOBER 31, 2025. A Performance Bond, conditioned on the due performance of the terms of the Contract for the amount of fifty (50) percent of the Contract Price, shall be furnished by the Contractor. The Performance Bond shall remain in full force and virtue for at least two (2) years after the date on which the final payment is made. Owner may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the preferred Bidder and reject its Bid. If a preferred Bidder is rejected, the Bidder with the second-lowest Total Price becomes the preferred Bidder, and so on until either a Contract is awarded to a qualified Bidder having submitted a compliant Bid or the Tender is cancelled.
