PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This work consists of resurfacing and repairing the parking lots, as well as other improvements at the Street Division Building, adjacent alley and the Building Maintenance Building. PROJECT COMPLETION DEADLINE: 10-30-2025 ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: Base Bid $168,000.00, Alternate $50,000.00 Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check Performance Bond: Ohio Department of Transportation in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid price as a guarantee for the faithful performance of the Contract. Maintenance Bond: Upon completion and acceptance of the contracted work, the contractor shall furnish a bond payable to the City of Moraine, Ohio in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the final contract amount. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Moraine. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
