New flooring on the third level of E.L Wiegand Fitness Center. There is no staging area. Over 3 stories. Closed specifications for flooring material (Ecore Perfomance Flooring). All questions submitted prior to the Activity Date cut-off will be answered by the Activity Date posted via this website. Liquidated Damages: $500/day. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 30, 2025" and shall be fully complete by "September 19, 2025." Estimated Cost Range: $210,000 to $320,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. INSTALL NEW ECORE PERFORMANCE FLOORING AS IT IS INDICATED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS IN ROOM 310. EXISTING FLOOR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE. ALTERNATE #1: INSTALL NEW ECORE PERFORMANCE FLOORING AS IT IS INDICATED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS IN ROOM 300. EXISTING FLOOR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE. NEW FLOORING INSTALLATION WILL BE COMPLETED IN PHASES TO ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT TO STORAGE EQUIPMENT. Exception requests submitted with the bid will be considered but not all requests may be approved, in accordance with relevant laws, and standard, non-negotiable contract requirements by NSHE.
