The Town of Burrillville is requesting sealed bids for Furnace Replacements @ Burrillville Parks and Recreation Center, Pascoag RI. The Town of Burrillville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, to award a bid in part or in whole, and to accept the bid that is considered to be in the best interest of the Town of Burrillville. The scope of work is to remove the existing furnaces, coils and condensing units and replace them with new equipment designed to provide hybrid control using the oil furnace and a heat pump condensing unit in tandem. Also, fresh air ductwork will be added to provide the minimum outside air requirements for the occupants of the building. Please note that the pricing should be "turn-key" meaning that it should include any work or materials required for a fully functional system at the end of the project. The project should include: 1. New 150MBH oil furnace with Burner. Carrier Model OBM or equal. 2. New Cased Coil 60,000BTUH: Carrier Model CAP or equal. a. New 5 ton Heat Pump Condenser: Carrier Model PH5S or equal. b. Dual Fuel Changeover Kit (Oil/Heat Pump). c. Provide new 8"round fresh air duct with interlocked motorized damper for each furnace. Duct from unit return to a new wall cap located at the exterior wall. d. All duct transitions and duct insulation required. e. New Flue/Combustion air duct work as required. f. All Associated electrical work. g. New oil lines from tank to furnace. h. Commissioning and testing of system, (e.g. burner efficiency) i. Any and all safety interlocks as required by code (e.g. firematic). j. All permits and fees. k. Apply for all applicable rebates. l. All work shall be completed per prevailing wage
