Request for Professional Design, Development, and Fabrication Services for the West Des Moines Public Library. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals on a per unit basis and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of said City. There will be no formal pre-proposal conference. Proposers are welcome to visit the Library's Youth Services area during normal library hours to conduct a self-guided site visit of the current playscape space. All questions should be directed to Director Glass at the email address or phone number listed above.
