Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the City through wdm.ionwave.net and shall be filed on or before the time specified above. The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: Construction of a 470 SY outdoor concrete pad to support a future futsal mini-pitch structure by others. Other related work will include grading, storm sewer utilities, sidewalk connections, and final site restoration. Construction staking will be provided by the owner. Work is to take place at the MidAmerican RecPlex located at 6500 Grand Ave in West Des Moines, IA. The kinds of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project. Work on said project shall commence within ten (10) days of the written notice to proceed and shall be completed by August 22, 2025. Liquidated damages in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty dollars ($250.00) per day will be assessed for each day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the contract period.
