Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Delhi, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for outdoor lighting for a stadium; for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

Lighting Retrofit for Delhi High School and Delhi High Stadium Delhi, Louisiana Only Contractors licensed according to Contractor Licensing Law, R.S. 37:2151-2163, shall be considered if his bid is greater than $50,000.00 and shall show his license number on exterior of Bid Envelope and above his signature or the signature of his duly authorized representative. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after actual date of the opening thereof. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accord with the Bid Law. The Contractor shall provide all material & labor cost for Electrical and associated work as necessary for the successful completion and complete functionality of the lighting replacement systems. The Richland Parish School Board is requesting Bids from qualified, Louisiana licensed Electrical Contractors. The scope of work involves the one for one replacement or retrofit of all existing light fixtures on the interior of the buildings and on the exterior building envelope. If necessary, an addendum to provide answers and clarifications will be issued. Safety and Protection The contractor shall take precautions as necessary to ensure that faculty, staff, and the general public avoid the work area. The contractor may store materials on site provided the materials are stored in a location and manner that does not interfere with the daily operation and does not damage existing facilities (grounds, grass, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.) A. Retrofit Light Bulb Kits as noted for each school at the end of this Section. (3 Schedules) B. Existing receptacles, light switches, panels to remain D. Include Energy Audit Calculations & analysis (by manufacturer) of the lighting systems indicating the potential cost savings from the installation of the LED Bulb kits. 1.02 SCOPE These Specifications are intended to describe ail electrical work including, but not limited to, the following: A. One for one Light fixture retrofit (to LED) for all Interior permanently mounted lights and all exterior lights mounted to the building and canopies, etc. per Schedule at the end of this Section. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and supervision to install each of the retrofit systems listed below completely, and in proper working order. C. Include all Work as necessary for the successful operation of the retrofitted lighting. Include disconnection of the existing ballast. Consult with Lighting Manufacturer about specific installation requirements prior to B E. Contractors are required to site verify all conditions and adjust their bid accordingly to include all cost adjustments as needed.
