Hospital Service District No. 1-A of the Parish of Richland is soliciting qualifications statements from qualified and licensed general contractors to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction management at-risk services for the construction of a state-of-the-art Outpatient Therapy Wellness and Diabetic Educational Facility in Delhi, Louisiana. Qualifications Statements will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1. CMAR Construction Services and Project Cost Projection 2. Firm Background and Safety Record 3. Relevant Project Experience 4. CMAR / Alternative Delivery Project Experience 5. Methodology / Schedule 6. Interview/Presentation Interested firms must maintain a current contractor license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the major classification of Building Construction and certify they are licensed under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. The selected contractor must comply with all requirements of authorities having jurisdiction over the project, including but not limited to, the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Community Facility program. The work performed is subject to all applicable rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor, federal government, and State of Louisiana, which will become contractual obligations.
