Site work for a water / sewer project in Blue Ash, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of relocating portions of a waterline and relocating two (2) existing Fire Hydrants per GCWW due to a separate project that starts in August 2025 on Hunt Road. This work will have a strict timeline for completion with a completion date of Friday, July 25, 2025, and is the City's intent to be completed prior to August 1, 2025. No Questions Will Be Answered Within 72 Hours of Bid Opening, Monday, May 12, 2025, by 3:00pm The Council of the City of Blue Ash shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council's judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal to the City, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids. The City may award based on "functional equivalence" concerning specified work or products. The Council of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Pre-Construction Meeting Located at 4343 Cooper Road in the Blue Ash Conference Room Friday, June 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM If the terms and conditions as set forth in the preceding Paragraph, Acceptance and Final Payment, are met to the satisfaction of the Owner and Contractor, the Owner may reduce the Performance Bond to ten percent (10%) of the total amount paid the Contractor in the performance of this Contract as a Guarantee Bond.
