Demolition and site work for a civil project in Blue Ash, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.

SHARON WOODS DRIVE BRIDGE, STREAM, AND SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS, located near 11450 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241, approximately 750 LF south of the intersection of Lebanon Road and Sharon Woods Drive, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on July 17, 2025. The project consists of demolishing existing concrete in Sharon Creek under and near Sharon Woods Drive bridge, replacing 186 LF of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer, regrading 200 LF of stream, placing 1,600 tons of rock channel protection, installing 116 SY of water proofing membrane over the existing bridge box beams, and asphalt resurfacing. The project has a substantial completion date of November 14, 2025. All questions are to be submitted in writing via email to Ron Masella at RMasella@greatparks.org before Thursday, June 26, 2025. Any questions received on/after Thursday, June 26, 2025, will not receive a response prior to construction. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A.
