Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tomah, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Solicitation: 36C25225B0013 Project: Replace AHU-05 in B406 Add Humidification to B455 Project Number: 676-23-004 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Replace Building Automation System at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project # 676-23-004 Replace AHU-05 in B406 and add humidification in B455 at Tomah VA Medical Center. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 336 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The project magnitude price range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard $19 Million size standard applies. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition and is in the SAM Vet Cert database. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov/) on or about May 29, 2025, with the bid opening on or about July 29, 2025. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All interested parties shall have a current registration and current annual On-line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in the System Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to award. Vendors are responsible to monitor and download the solicitation and any amendments associated with this solicitation from https://www.sam.gov.
