The overall Project scope consists of seven Bid Packages as described in numbers 2 - 8 below. Bid Package No. 1 is optional and is only required of a contractor that wishes to bid for the overall coordination and completion of the Work in its entirety as shown in the plans and specifications. o Bid Package No. 1: General Contract - FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY 1. All labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove damaged or unacceptable existing gypsum board, then patch and repair, and install new, gypsum board assemblies.
