This is a single lump sum bid contract for a new park building at Community park including restrooms, kitchen, and community room area including immediately adjacent site improvements. The City of Corcoran is constructing a new park building at Community Park. The building project will include three primary functions: Restrooms, Catering Kitchen and a flexible main gathering area E. Building Construction Description: 1. Cast in place concrete footings and concrete masonry unit foundations 2. Cast in place concrete slabs on grade (interior and exterior) 3. Concrete masonry unit walls 4. Wood framed walls 5. Wood roof trusses and joists 6. EPDM and standing seam metal roofing 7. Interior finishes 8. Exterior finishes 9. Plumbing fixtures and accessories for public restrooms and catering kitchen 10. Mechanical equipment 11. LED lighting package (interior and exterior) 12. Power distribution F. Building Related Site Construction 1. Demolition of all existing conditions for building construction and excavations 2. Rough and fine grading for building pad 3. Foundation and utility excavations (5' from building pad) 4. Subgrade coordination for utilities 5. Foundation back-fill. 6. Site concrete shown on the drawings related to the building.
