Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corcoran, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of pavement rehabilitation and storm sewer improvements with the following major work items and approximate quantities: 376 LF of RCP Storm Sewer Pipe, 3,500 LF of 6" Drain Tile, 8,100 SY of Strip and Salvage Gravel Pavement, 1,530 CY of Common Excavation, 9,100 SY Aggregate Preparation, 2,500 TN of Bituminous Course Mixtures, 880 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, together with selective demolition, traffic control, erosion controls, seeding, and other related appurtenances. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
