Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kearns, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Comp Pool Demolition, Wall and Court Construction Project. Question Deadline 05/20/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted via email to Kevin Schmidt at kschmidt@oquirrhrec.gov. Description of the Services: • The facility is located at 5624 South Cougar Lane (4800 West) in Kearns, Utah. • The project will consist of the demolition of the comp pool, preparation for construction, either keeping the wall between the comp and indoor rec pool or finding an alternate solution, HVAC solution for the storage and office spaces in the indoor rec pool area (between indoor rec pool and comp pool) and post tension construction of pickleball and tennis courts with fencing and lights on top of the comp pool footprint. • The successful firm will develop and provide designs, creative solutions, drawings, permits, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance necessary to completing the comp pool demolition, wall and court construction project. • It is desired to have the project started in August of 2025 and completed as soon as possible with as little disruption to our regular service as possible. Timelines will be included in the selection evaluation.
