Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a Landscape and Recreation Contractor (S330) to install a new automatic irrigation system at Kearns High School, 5525 South Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to Furnish all Labor and Equipment for selective demolition of existing irrigation components and proper disposal of demolished materials. Furnish all Labor, Materials, and Equipment for maintenance of irrigation services, or provision of temporary services, to existing landscaping and plantings during construction of new system. Furnish all Labor, Materials, and Equipment to install new irrigation system components. Furnish all Labor, Materials, and Equipment to install new components for 2-wire irrigation control system. Provide system programming, commissioning, and training. Restoration of existing site improvements damaged during construction. Disposal off-site of all construction waste and debris. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible Landscape and Recreation Contractor (S330) to install a new automatic irrigation system at Kearns High School according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
