Renovation of an educational facility in Kearns, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible contractor to replace existing boiler with a pair of high efficiency boilers at Bacchus Elementary according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Questions Due Date: May 29th 2025, 2:00 PM MDT Expenditures over $50,000.00 require GSD Board approval. It is anticipated, award recommendation will be presented at the July 1st board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
