Site work for a water / sewer project in Kearns, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of December 25th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, equipment and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Installation of 2,240 feet of 12-inch PVC C-900 Water Line along Sam's Boulevard from 4320 West to 4015 West, 690 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC C900 for various connections along the extent of the water line as shown in the Project Drawings, nine (9) fire hydrant assemblies, and other appurtenances. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Utah, payable to the Kearns Improvement District, in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the Bid. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be directed to the Engineer, James 'Woody' Woodruff for the project.
