The General Work for the Basis of Award Includes Furnishing and Installing a New Chlorine Treatment Building, All Associated Equipment, Load Center, Control Panel, Approximately 700 Feet of Electrical Conduit, 85 Feet of Con-duit for Two Pvc Chlorine Solution Lines, Relocation of Water and Power Service, Work Associated With Clean-ing Out the Chlorine Contact Chamber, Temporary Surface Restoration and Maintenance, Permanent Surface Restoration, Erosion Control and Other Work as Shown on the Contract Draw-ings. The Contractor Shall Provide All Materials, Labor, Equipment and Sub-contractors to Complete the Project as Required in the Contract Documents Substantial Completion Be Achieved on or Before 120 Days After Notice to Proceed is Executed. Substantial Completion Will Be Achieved Once the New Building Construction and Chlorine System Modifications Are Complete and Placed Into Service. Final Completion Be Achieved on or Before 30 Days After Substantial Completion. Final Completion Will Be Achieved Once All Improvements Are in Place, Surface Restoration is ComPlete, and the City Has Approved the With the City. No Bid Shall Be Consid-ered Unless the Bidder is Registered With the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
