A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The submitting party acknowledges the right of the City to reject any or all bids and to waive informality or irregularity in any bid received and to award each item to different submitting parties or all items to a single submitter. In addition, the submitting party recognizes the right of the City to reject a bid if the submitterfails to furnish any required data required by the IFB, or if the bid is in any way incomplete or irregular. The City shall be the sole judge of compliance with the specifications and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Flooring removal and replacement, shall include, but not be limited to: _ Sand, stain, & finish wood floor basement foyer _ Wood removal & disposal on the 1st floor, hall, and basement entry. _ Remove & dispose of existing carpet tiles on the 1st floor and basement. _ Provide and install vinyl flooring _ Remove and reset baseboards _ Provide and install vinyl cove base. Deadline for clarifying questions: May 19, 2025 3:00 PM Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Paul Feldmann, Purchasing Manager, at paul.feldmann@stcharlescitymo.gov. In the event it is necessary to revise any portion of this IFB, addenda will be provided to all Vendors who received the original IFB via the City's website.
