A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Nashua is seeking Bids from qualified firms to build a new wading pool at Greeley Park. The current wading pool was built in 1923 and the new wading pool will be built in the same location as the current wading pool so demolition of the old wading pool would have to take place first. The water line that feeds the wading pool comes off of Concord Street. This main line will also need to be replaced as it was installed in 1928. The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest.
