**As of June 17, 2025, the project was awarded to Pioneer Mechanical, with an awarded amount of $38,000.56.** This project will consist of removal, rebuilding and reinstalling two heating circulation Bell and Gossett HSC# 940 15 pumps at the WMCI. Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 1:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted on online All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. WMCI - Remove, rebuild and reinstall two heating circulation Bell and Gossett HSC# 940 15 pumps. To provide a service of having seals and gaskets replaced in the heating circulation Bell and Gossett HSC# 940 15 pumps assembly for the heating loop at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. Once rebuilt, the technicians will deliver, install, and align the pump assembly onsite Inspection and Assessment: Initial inspection to identify wear, damage, or additional repairs needed. Disassembly: Dismantling to access internal components Cleaning: Removal of debris, corrosion and buildup Replacement of Standard Wear Parts: Replacement of standard components as listed below Reassembly: Proper reassembly to ensure alignment and sealing Dynamic Balancing of Impeller: Balancing the existing impeller for improved performance Testing: Verification of functionality through operation testing Parts are required based on standard split case pump repair protocols, the following parts are anticipated for replacement: Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Gaskets and O-Rings, Shaft Sleeves, Miscellaneous hardware and if new wear rings are required. Bidders must include any applicable lead times for equipment and supply all factory warranties and perform warranty repairs
